The arrests stem from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the town of Hastings on that same day, when they reportedly unlawfully entered a construction business by crashing a vehicle into a door to gain entry, causing damage to the building, then allegedly stole items from within.

Once again the Fulton Speedway and the 28th Annual Sunoco- Fulton Ethanol Facility Outlaw 200 presented by SUNY Canton lived up to its reputation. Forty-five Modifeds started the 200 lap event that provided two-three and sometimes four wide racing in front of a huge crowd Saturday. It was only fitting that the race came down to a green, white, checker finish.
It was a battle of the rookie and the veteran throughout most of the 50-lap $2,500-to-win Industrial Tire Of CNY Sportsman Shootout 50 Saturday at the Fulton Speedway. Racing veteran Matt Janczuk and rookie Mike Walton put on a show for the huge crowd on hand for the 28th Annual Sunoco-Fulton Ethanol Facility Outlaw 200 Saturday presented by SUNY Canton.
Well over 200 race cars signed into the Fulton Speedway pits Friday night on night one of the 28th annual Outlaw 200 weekend. When the huge pit area filled up, speedway staff had to open the old drag strip behind turn two to accommodate all the race teams.
Although pumpkins can grow to 2,000 pounds these days, it takes a lot of hard work and some luck to produce an award-winner, according to competitors at the 22nd annual Oswego Great Pumpkin Festival. Besides pumpkins, the two-day festival also featured great watermelons, squash, tomatoes and gourds. Check inside for this year’s winners plus some of the top pumpkins from past years.
