Roy C. “Uncle Roy” Morgan, 80, of Elm Street, Phoenix, NY, passed away on Monday September 16, 2013, after a long battle with several cancers.

Certified Nurse Midwife Lindsay Lachant has joined the staff of Oswego Hospital’s maternity center and the local practice, Oswego County OB-GYN. Lachant holds a master’s degree in nurse-midwifery from Frontier Nursing University, located in Hyden, Ky.
I extend my sincerest appreciation to the Ladies League at Cold Springs Golf Course for hosting their fourth Annual Rally For The Cure Golf Tournament Against Breast Cancer. Thanks to their effort the event raised $2,764 that was donated to OCO’s Cancer Services Program Partnership.
