The Oswego Players is very happy to begin its 75th continuous season of operation with the classic thriller “Dial M for Murder.” Director Troy Pepper, coming off a splendid production of “It’s a Wonderful Life” in December, will again assume the reigns for “Dial M.”

Assemblyman Will Barclay (R,C,I-Pulaski) was recently reappointed Deputy Minority Leader to the Republican Conference by Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb (R,I,C-Canandaigua) for 2013.

Members of Oswego County Opportunities’ Cancer Services Program Partnership were cited by Senator Patty Ritchie for providing free breast, cervical and colon cancer screenings, diagnostic services and treatment this past year to more than 500 uninsured community members between the ages of 40 and 64.

The “Indy of the East” – the Oswego Speedway – announced plans to serve as the official “Rest Stop” sponsor for the 2013 Oswego Great Strides walk, to be held on May 18 at Breitbeck Park.

The officers and directors of the Friends of History In Fulton have issued an invitation to the public to attend their “Tailgate” Winter Warming party fund-raiser to be held at the John Wells Pratt House Museum, 177 S. First St., Fulton, on January 25 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

As I reflect on my time in office, I am proud of what my staff and I have accomplished.  Over the course of the past two years, my office has held over 40 town hall meetings, met with hundreds of constituents, small businesses, and organizations.
