Freezin’ for a Reason in Oswego – Polar Plunge Set Saturday
More than 100 participants are signed up for the second annual Plunge for Special Olympics New York and will take an icy dip into Ontario Lake on Saturday in support of local area Special Olympics athletes. Sergeant Jim Cunningham, officers Lysa Dolin, Bryan Thompson and Kevin Engle of the Oswego Police Department will lead the plunge carrying the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics “Flame of Hope.”
