On Tuesday (March 24), investigators with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office charged 33-year-old Richard Graham Jr., of Furniss Station Road, with multiple felony counts involving rape, sex abuse, and sex acts against children and one count of rape against an adult victim.
Jonathan Mooney, a dyslexic writer and activist who did not learn to read until he was 12 years old, recently captivated an audience of students from Hannibal High School with his successful life story.
