Local Medical Doctor Arrested on Rape Charges

On May 5, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Fulton, arrested Dr. Dilip K. Roy, 50, from Baldwinsville, for one count of Rape in the 3rd degree, a class “E” felony. Dr. Roy was arraigned before Volney Town Justice Aluzzi and was released on his own recognizance.
