ARISE Partners With Harborfest for Children With Disabilities

Harborfest will start early on Friday July 26 for families with children who have disabilities. Families are welcome to participate in the festival from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. to enjoy music, food from participating vendors, and children’s activities. A shuttle will be provided to transport children and families to the start of the Children’s Parade following the event at 1 p.m.

Since 1971, Oswego Speedway’s Twin Supermodified events have been known to produce first time feature winners at the ‘Steel Palace.’ Fred Graves, Gary Allbritain, Mike McLaughlin, Dean Hoag, Howard Page, Greg Furlong, Otto Sitterly, Jeff Holbrook, Gary Morton, Jerry Curran, and Pat Lavery have all won their first, and in some cases only, Supermodified feature in a Twin Supermodified main.
