The Oswego State men’s basketball team defeated the Morrisville State Mustangs, 61-59, to win the 2015 Elmira College Tip-Off Tournament. With the tournament victory, the Lakers improve to 3-0 while the Mustangs (3-1) drop their first game of the season.
The Oswego State women’s ice hockey team earned its second straight shutout victory as it defeated Potsdam 2-0 on the road Saturday afternoon. With the win, Oswego improves to 4-2-2 overall and 3-1-2 in the conference.
The Oswego State women’s basketball team was undone by an Alvernia University second quarter run, despite monster numbers for Zana Dillard, eventually falling 60-51 in the consolation game of the Max Ziel Tournament on Saturday afternoon.

The Oswego State men’s basketball team cruised to a 71-46 victory over Mount Saint Mary College in the opening game of the Elmira College Tip-Off Tournament on Friday evening. Oswego’s win improves its record to 2-0 on the year while the Knights drop to 1-1.
The Oswego State women’s basketball team dropped a close contest, 71-68, in overtime to Wells College Friday evening in the Max Ziel Tournament. With the loss, the Lakers fall to 0-2 on the season while the Express improve to 3-0.
Her name might be Marshmallow, but don’t be fooled. This little girl is very active. She holds her own with all other cats in her foster home, wrestles with all of them and is very, very playful. She’s not afraid of any of them or anything!
