Residents at Morningstar Residential Care Center received a special Halloween treat when students from Sherry Deloff’s third and fourth grade classes at the Oswego Community Christian School stopped by for some Halloween fun.

Mentor-Scholar Program Hosts Community Dinner
Mentor-Scholar is a collaborative effort between the Oswego City School District, Fulton City School District, Red Creek Central School District, CiTi, and SUNY Oswego that provides local middle and high school students with the academic and social support of college mentors throughout the academic year.

Oswego School Board Considers Six-Year PILOT Deal With Nine Mile
The Oswego City School District held a public hearing on Nov. 3 regarding the tentative PILOT agreement with Nine Mile Point. Joe Shields, of Ferrara and Fiorenza Law Firm, briefly explained the proposed pact to the board. Only a handful of people were in the audience. The proposal is for July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2020.
