William B. Joice, 78, of Fulton, passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse.
On Sunday, State Police responded to a residence in Hannibal, for a domestic incident. Investigation at the scene revealed that Sean P. Moree, 23, of Oswego, entered the residence on Country Lane and became physical with the occupant, in violation of an order of protection, according to police.

More than 160 students gathered outside of Mexico High School this morning in protest of their right to wear bandannas during spirit week. The protest was more significant than bandannas themselves, however. This year, students opted together to wear bandannas made in remembrance of their late classmate, Hunter Fox who passed away earlier this school year. As part of their Applied Robotics course at APW through Clarkson University, First Robotics Team “Udder Chaos” students Alec Barber, Kenny Bush, Jared Dennison, Sam Gregory, Chris Grosvent, Thomas McDermott, Mike Mueller and Jakob Williams have teamed up with students from Northwood School in Lake Placid to create a robot under four feet, six inches tall and under 120 pounds to compete in the First Stronghold.
