The University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, in conjunction with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, released the annual County Health Rankings and Roadmaps Report which reveals that Oswego County is making improvements with the health of its population. The county improved its standing in both the Health Outcomes and Health Factors categories when compared to the other 62 counties in NYS.

For the second year in a row, Senator Patty Ritchie has secured record funding to support New York’s all-important agriculture industry, averting millions of dollars in proposed cuts to farm programs and strengthening efforts to recruit the next generation of New York farmers.

At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, foreign exchange student Paula Robles from Madrid, Spain, presented the Rotary flag from her city to Sunrise Rotary President Betty Maute.

Among the many organizations present were the New York State Police, the Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation, Camden Renewable Energy Systems, Tailwater Lodge, SUNY Oswego Robotics, United States Postal Service, Apex Precision Machining, Preferred Therapy, Hillside Family of Agencies and more.
