Pulaski Woman Arrested Following Domestic Dispute
On April 26, State Police responded to a domestic dispute in the village of Pulaski. Following an investigation, it was determined that Michelle Engler had slapped the victim and struck him with a broom handle. She further stands accused of threatening the victim with a knife.
Oswego Kartway Season Set to Open Friday
Oswego Kartway will open for its first racing action of the 2016 season on Friday, May 6, with a non-point warmup race to get the new season under way. Drivers in as many as 15 different divisions of racing are expected to turn out on May 6 for their first look at the Kartway
Council Poised To Reconsider Herbicide Vote
Last month, the council voted 5-1-1 to move $12,000 from the Contingency Fund to the 440 Contracted Services Garage Fund for weed control at Wright’s Landing, City Hall, East Linear Park, DPW Garage, east and west side fire stations, Legends Fields and all city parks. Following a public outcry, the vote is being reconsidered.
