Hope Cimilluca, case manager, and Elizabeth Weimer, aging specialist, Caregiver Services with Oswego County Office for the Aging visited The Gardens Assisted Living Community in Oswego in recognition of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day.

Upon their arrival they observed damage to a metal door that was still locked and secured. During their investigation loud banging was heard coming from the Compass Federal Credit Union located at 131 George St.
