Longtime SUNY Oswego professional staff members in technology services, alumni relations and financial aid have been recognized by the statewide university system with this year’s SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Professional Service.

Fulton Rotary President Bridgette Seguin welcomed Oswego County Director of Veterans Services Donna Kestner to the noon club. Kestner, recently named Rotarian of the Year for the Sunrise Club, was also honored with the noon Rotarians who served in the US military.
