The Oswego Sunrise Rotary Club recently welcomed Mark Eikost. He is an international worker in Bosnia. Eikost serves as a team leader, home group leader, preacher and English language instructor at an outreach center in Sarajevo.
The club created three separate cachet covers, or envelopes, with images featuring the Oswego County Bicentennial logo, an 1832 map of the county, and the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse in Pulaski.
