Gabrielle was surrendered to the Humane Society by a well-meaning but not very well-equipped “cat lover” who had acquired 24 cats. We are helping her find homes for most of them, one by one. Gabrielle, as you can see, is a beautiful young tortie, as friendly and laid back as can be.

SUNY Oswego philosophy professor and chair Craig DeLancey recently made a contribution to the State University system’s freely accessible Open Educational Resources, publishing “A Concise Introduction to Logic” as an Open SUNY Textbook. “I saw a general announcement from Open SUNY Textbooks, an open call for authors,” DeLancey said. “I thought, ‘That’s an interesting project.'”
The Oswego County Stop DWI Program has hosted mock DWI scenarios at all school districts throughout Oswego County since 2006 when the first event took place at Phoenix High School. Oswego High School held the mock DWI presentation last week as they do every year in May for the junior class while all other districts hold the presentation every other year for junior and senior classes.
