I don’t know whether this is a pet question or a gardening question but now that spring is “almost” here, I can see the spots on my lawn where my dogs go out to pee and boy are they ugly! And they will stay ugly all summer and get worse. Is there anything I can do to prevent those spots or at least deal with them better.

Nathan D. Hould, 32, of Oswego, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at home.
Mayor Billy Barlow has announced over the next two weeks the Oswego City Code Enforcement Office and the Oswego City Police Department will team up to conduct a “code enforcement sweep” on the west side of the city from State Route 104 to Lake Street in the First and Third wards. The sweep comes just as the spring college semester concludes and students begin to move out of their homes and apartments.
