Oswego County Opportunities Nutrition Services took its partnership with the 2017 Subaru Share the Love Event to new heights recently as it gathered Subaru lovers for a special aerial photograph.
With season ticket packages on the way for the 2018 season, Oswego Speedway officials have released admission and pit pricing for the track’s 10 regular events set to take place between the months of May and September, beginning with the speedway’s 68th annual Opening Day on May 26.
Through Exelon’s workplace campaign, which includes options for payroll deduction or one time donations, Exelon employees at the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station and James A. FitzPatrick contributed a combined total of more than $100,000 in support of United Way’s annual campaign.

SUNY Oswego in Syracuse at the Metro Center will showcase the work of Onondaga Art Guild members in a free exhibition from Feb. 9 to April 6. A free public reception for the artists will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, at SUNY Oswego in Syracuse, the college’s location at 2 Clinton Square.
The Makerspace has an abundance of hands-on, exploratory learning tools: Sphero robots which utilize pre-coding techniques, MakeyMakey kits which teach basic circuitry skills, littleBits invention kits and a 3-D printer.
The Oswego State women’s ice hockey team tied Plymouth State, 3-3, in overtime on Wednesday night. With the tie, the Lakers move to 7-8-1 on the season, while Plymouth State moves to 4-7-4 overall.
