Cayuga Community College’s Harlequin Productions will perform “Alice in Black and White” Thursday to Saturday and March 22-24 at the college’s Bisgrove Theater. Production at CCC to focus on legendary female photographer

Cayuga Community College’s student theater group will shine a light on a historic photojournalist whose contributions to photography were matched only by her resistance to societal conventions. Performances are scheduled for March 15-17 and March 22-24 at the Irene A. Bisgrove Community Theatre at Cayuga Community College.

High Water Damages Seabird Habitat In Dunes Along Lake Ontario, Student Finds

The devastation SUNY Oswego geology major Kimberly Smith saw as a volunteer last summer helping with cleanup at Sandy Island State Park drove her to study the impact of high water levels on wildlife habitat in the environmentally unique dunes of eastern Lake Ontario. The senior from Ozone Park, Queens, plans to share her findings April 4 during the scholarly poster presentation session at Quest, SUNY Oswego’s daylong symposium celebrating student, faculty and staff research and creativity.
