Oswego Resident Chosen To Perform At The Ultimate Elvis Festival
Oswego resident Michael Paul Callahan has been invited to perform in the #1 in the world Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest Festival in Lake George, May 30 – June 3. Artists selected are coming from the USA, Canada, England, Brazil and Japan. This is annually the best of the best competing for the world title, decided in August at Graceland during the annual Elvis Week.

APW Team Named Champion At Feats Of Clay Competition
The competition, which brought schools from all across the region, tested the students in Olympic-style competition in categories such as: cylinder stack, mug production, no hands throw, blindfold throw, pot put and highest coiling.

The State University of New York at Potsdam will recognize nearly 900 candidates for graduation during the College’s 2018 Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 19. The SUNY Potsdam Class of 2018 will be awarded baccalaureate and master’s degrees at the ceremony.

One year ago, Premier Living Suites of Oswego, established a tobacco-free policy within and around its student housing grounds. The policy prohibits smoking within 20 feet of the building and failure to comply could result in a fine.
More Than 200 Students Present at SUNY Undergraduate Research Conference
Students from 28 SUNY colleges and universities presented 179 research projects in two poster sessions, and another 100 projects in oral presentations throughout the day.
