Oswego County Workforce New York, operated by the Division of Employment and Training, will hold a Work Incentive Seminar Events workshop from 11 a.m. to noon on May 24 to help Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income beneficiaries learn about work incentives and rules that will help them return to work.
