OPD Peacefully Resolves ‘Domestic Incident’

Today (October 28), at approximately 2:30 p.m., Oswego Police responded to an East Fourth Street residence regarding a third party report of a possible domestic incident in which one of the subjects may have been armed and possibly suicidal. Following a brief interview, the subject surrendered to police who took the adult male subject into custody under the NYS Mental Hygiene Law.
