Continental Arms Collectors Association will feature an exhibit at the Fort Ontario Conference on History and Archeology. It will be held on March 30 at the Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center, 26 E. First St., Oswego.

The Greater Pulaski Community Endowment Fund is now accepting grant applications from nonprofit organizations serving Pulaski or the town of Richland. The grant application deadline is May 15.

The Central Square Central School District will conduct its annual budget vote and Board of Education election on May 21, and the District will now have two polling locations, which are the Central Square American Legion and the Constantia VFW.  

A SUNY Oswego faculty-student team is trying to help preserve a Native American language, Kiowa, with only about 10 fluent speakers remaining.

SUNY Oswego faculty member Paul Leary, who specializes in music technology, composition and flute, will offer a recital at 3 p.m. March 31, in Tyler Hall’s Room 11, featuring two students, his wife, one or more of his electronic music inventions, and a mix video from the recent premiere of Leary’s original multimedia work, “Larger Than Us.”

Oswego Opera Theater will present Benjamin Britten’s masterpiece “Noye’s Fludde” (“Noah’s Flood”) April 13 and 14 in Oswego and Fulton, featuring the talents of many from SUNY Oswego, children from the area and many others.
