Civic Arts Center Of Oswego Is All A Buzz
The building was abandoned after World War II and stood vacant until the early 1960s. Well so it seemed. Actually a number of squirrels, birds and a few other four-legged creatures had taken over and made it their home for a long time.

Two Horses Tested Positive for EEE Virus, Euthanized
The Oswego County Health Department reported today September 3, that two more horses, located in the towns of Albion and Amboy, tested positive for the Eastern equine encephalitis virus. Both horses were euthanized last week.
