The New York State Department of Transportation is alerting motorists that the I-81 southbound ramps at exit 22 and 23 will close at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 16, Tuesday, March 17, and Wednesday, March 18. The ramps will re-open to the travelling public at 5 a.m. each day following the nightly closures.
