On Saturday, April 25, 2020, Governor Andrew Cuomo signed an Executive Order granting NYS pharmacists the ability to order and perform CLIA-waived COVID-19 diagnostic and antibody testing.

Phoenix Man Arrested On Burglary, Menacing Charges
State Police in Fulton arrested Franklin D. Hill, age 37 from Phoenix, New York, for (1) count of Burglary 2nd degree, a class “C” felony and (2) counts of Menacing 2nd degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.

COVID-19 Statistics Update, April 28, 2020
According to the Oswego County Health Department, as of 3 p.m. today, there have been no additional cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) since yesterday. The cumulative reported number is still 61 cases across the county and of those, 50 have recovered and three have died.
