On Sunday, July 26, 2020 at about 8:46 a.m. the Oswego City Police Department responded to Kinney Drugs, 174 W. Bridge St. in Oswego, for a report of a kidnapping in progress which resulted in the arrest of one woman and police are still searching for the second person involved in the alleged kidnapping.
