Alleged Kidnapping Suspect Found, Arrested

On August 14, 2020 at about 6:48 p.m. the Oswego City Police Department arrested Anthony C. Stringham, age 37, at a residence in the Town of Altmar as a result of an investigation into an incident that occurred in the City of Oswego on July 26, 2020 in which he was a suspect in a reported kidnapping.
