The Oswego County Health Department holds its first rabies clinic of year on Wednesday, March 29. The clinic will be open by appointment only from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Oswego County Highway Garage, 31 Schaad Dr., Oswego.

The Fulton Block Builder (FBB) program has many opportunities for people to serve their community through this exciting new initiative. In 2023, FBB begins its seventh year, and more growth is expected. This year, Alan Baker, Shannon Sawyer, Vicki Hohman and Tracy Cavalier have stepped up to help the Fulton Block Builders. Each has been a participant in the program in the past and feel “It is time to give back!”

Musicians Invited To Spring JAM-boree Presented By Lyme Performing Arts Council

North Country musicians are invited to take the stage at the Spring JAM-boree sponsored by the Lyme Performing Arts Council on Sunday, March 26 from 12-5 p.m.. George E. Blankenship 75, of Las Vegas, NV passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 13, 2023. He was the son of the late George and Mildred Blankenship of Waltham, MA.

Deacon Franklin J. Warren, 90, of Oswego passed away on March 15, 2023, surrounded by his devoted and loving family. Born in Syracuse, he was the youngest son of the late Henry and Martha (Boyer) Warren.
