Rosemary Occhino, (right), spokesperson for Fulton Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty (CROP) Walk, was guest speaker at the Sept. 23 Fulton Lions Club meeting. Fred Aldrich, Fulton club president, introduced Occhino. The Fulton CROP walk is Sun. Oct. 3 and all funds raised will help local food pantries. Lions clubs are committed to sight and hearing preservation. The Fulton Lions Club, also know for their Lions Loot Sweepstakes and Labor Day Duck Derby, provides financial assistance for those in need of eyeglasses, eye exams and hearing aids to residents in the Greater Fulton area.
