Frances Amelia Williamson Leppert, 92, of Fulton, will have a spring burial at 10 a.m. April 26 at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Fulton, NY, with Rev. Robert Stephenson officiating.
The Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. Second St. S,. Fulton, has care of the arrangements.
