OSWEGO – Jason Santiago, chief operating officer at The Manor at Seneca Hill and Springside at Seneca Hill was the guest speaker recently at Oswego Rotary.

Santiago gave a detailed talk on Karate and the arduous steps in obtaining a black belt in the sport.
