Fairley Students Celebrate 100 Days Of School

The number 100 was in the spotlight recently at Fairley Elementary School, as students celebrated the 100th day of school.

Kathy Sevilla’s students proudly display some of the items they brought in for the 100th day of school.

Although snow days delayed the celebration this year, students were happy to finally showcase what they had learned during the past 100 days of school.

Kindergarten students practiced counting 10 groups of 10, while other grade levels recognized the big day in other ways.

Some students brought in plastic bags filled with 100 items, such as pennies, paperclips and Cheerios.

With the 100th day now in the rear-view mirror, students said they are looking forward to learning even more during the remaining days. missing or outdated ad config
