FULTON, NY – During the long winter months we might be tempted to think about spring
and summer in far off, distant ways.
But really, the good times of summer are not that far away starting with Fulton’s Memorial Day Salute May 24 and 25.
The entertainment will feature Musical Mystery Tour, a Beatles tribute band, on the 25th and on the 26th, The King of Diamonds, A Neil Diamond tribute band, will be in the building with a fantastic three-hour show.
Local talent will also be showcased.
Our festivities include a great Saturday morning parade, carnival rides, entertainment for children and youth, music, dance and an abundance of food and drink provided through Fulton’s service clubs and Veteran’s Council.
Our 2013 theme is “America, United We Stand.”
Alfred Myhill, honored 2013 Veteran of the Year, will serve as the grand marshal of the Saturday parade.
Representatives from the Fulton Service Clubs and the Fulton Veteran’s Council organize Memorial Day Salute.
The chairperson of this year’s event is Larry Macner.
Please mark your calendar as we anticipate the end of winter and the start of a glorious summer season.
