ARC Gala Fundraiser Set for October 22

WHAT: ARC of Oswego County has announced the date for its 6th Annual ARC of Oswego County Gala fundraiser. The Gala this year will be located in the elegant surroundings of Oasis at Thunder Island, and will feature live entertainment from the Cortini Brothers, dancing, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, raffles, and more. All proceeds will support the ARC of Oswego County’s programs for individuals with disabilities, including Early Intervention and evaluation services for infants and toddlers; guardianship assistance; recreational and respite activities; day habilitation programs; seniors programs and more.

7 to 10pm

WHERE: Oasis at Thunder Island

ARC of Oswego County is a private, not-for-profit organization which has been providing programs and services to individuals with disabilities since 1955. Its mission is to be a leader in the field of developmental disabilities, committed to meeting the needs of individual growth, productivity, and independence through education, advocacy, and increased community acceptance and participation. Its sister agency, Oswego Industries, Inc., provides services to adults with disabilities: together creating a comprehensive support system for individuals with disabilities in Oswego County.
