CENTRAL SQUARE – On Monday, November 26, State Police responded to 3247 Fulton Ave., for a report of a man shot inside the residence.
The investigation revealed, at approximately 8:19 p.m., two men broke into the apartment and began to assault the 25-year-old male resident.
The victim was attempting to leave the residence when he was shot in the neck by one of the male suspects, police said.
The victim has since been released from the hospital.
One of the suspects went through the victim’s apartment and took property including cash, according to the police report.
Both were last seen running from the victim’s residence in an unknown direction.
During the investigation, Troopers determined a female acquaintance was inside with the victim prior to the break-in.
The female, later identified as Kristine Baker, was known to both the victim and the two male suspects.
On Tuesday, November 27, Investigators arrested Baker, 19, from Marietta, NY, for Robbery 1st degree, a class “B” felony.
Baker was arraigned in the village of Central Square Court and was remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $50,000 cash bail/$100,000 bond.
State Police continue to search for the two male suspects involved in the incident.
