Ask The Doctor: Urologist Felix Oben, MD, To Cover Men’s Health Issues

Oswego Health presents urologist Felix Oben, M.D., at an Ask the Doctor presentation to be held at 7 p.m. June 19 in the lower level conference room of the Oswego Health Services Center, which is adjacent to Oswego Hospital.

The month of June is National Men’s Health Month and during his presentation, Dr. Oben will discuss good prostate health and whether to have a Prostate-Specific Antigen test, more commonly known as a PSA.

He will allow plenty of time for audience questions on any men’s health topic during this comfortable and free-flowing presentation.

Note cards will be available for those wishing to privately write their questions down.

Dr. Oben received his Medical Degree from the University of Yaounde in his home country of Cameroon in 1990. He completed his residency in urology at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. His urology practice is located in Fulton.

Dr. Oben is the recipient of several academic awards including: The 2002 Pfizer Scholars in Urology Awards, second place in the 2002 Roland and Waldean S. Nickens Scientific Research awards competition and the 2003 Washington Urological Association prize among others.
