State Police in Hastings are investigating a vandalism incident that occurred outside a residence on Bradbury Road in the town of West Monroe. The investigation has revealed that on November 26, between midnight and 8 a.m., someone damaged a garage door with spray paint and used a pick axe to damage two vehicles that were parked in the driveway.
The SUNY Oswego campus community looks to make spirits brighter this holiday season through the college’s 30th annual Toy Drive. The college works in conjunction with the Oswego County Department of Social Services to ensure that children from low-income families receive a present during the holiday season.

The city of Fulton announced that the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Jubilee will be held on Thursday, December 7, from 5 to 8 p.m. The official City Christmas Tree is located across from the Fulton Municipal Building at 141 S. First St. The tree will be lit at 6:30 p.m. with photos with Santa following directly after in the Municipal Building Community Room.

The Oswego County Historical Society will host the annual Victorian Christmas Open House on Sunday, December 3 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Richardson-Bates House Museum at 135 E. Third St. in Oswego. A special live performance by local singer-songwriter Cam Caruso will take place between 2 – 4 p.m.
