Fulton’s East Side Pool to Close Aug. 25
The city of Fulton’s East Side Pool will be closed on Aug. 25 for repairs and will reopen at noon on Aug. 26. When the pool reopens there will be new reduced hours that the pool will be open.
Kids Fishing Class ‘A Huge Success’

Woman’s Golf Leagues Help Fight Breast Cancer in Oswego County
The fight against breast cancer in Oswego County is something that OCO’s Cancer Services Program Partnership takes very seriously. Over the years, the program has provided hundreds of mammograms, breast exams, and breast ultrasounds for uninsured and under-insured women in Oswego County.
SUNY Oswego Named ‘A Best In The Northeast’ College Again
Oswego is one of 220 institutions recommended in the “Best in the Northeast” section of the website feature “2013 Best Colleges: Region by Region,” that went live this month on PrincetonReview.com. The Princeton Review does not rank colleges on its regional lists. Oswego has made the list every year since the first edition in 2003.
Bill Reilly Receives Writing Institute Award
The Oswego Writing Institute has been held for the past five years during the summer to provide high quality professional development to teachers with workshops that involve them in seeing themselves as writers as well as workshops that teach the process of writing to their students.
