SUNY Oswego’s Small Business Development Center will offer an online small business training course beginning Aug. 13. The first 10 people to sign up will receive a scholarship to cover the $200 cost.

Marie C. Kirshner, 89, a resident of 198 E. Albany St., Oswego, passed away on Monday July 30, 202, at her home.
