SUNY Students participating in the “Adopt-A-Grandparent” project have once again chosen Bishop’s Commons as a site to visit, make friends, and share experiences this spring semester.

Imagine gifting yourself with a tranquil setting, time for yourself, and a chance to express yourself through writing in a supportive setting. Jim Farfaglia and Mary Slimmer are offering this gift at Rice Creek in Oswego, on April 14, from 10 a.m. – 4  p.m.

The Oswego Lions Club will hold its 4th annual Wine and Beer tasting with silent auction Friday at the American Foundry. The event is scheduled for 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., with pre-sale tickets $15 and $20 at the door the night of the event.

The honorary head pin for Oswego County Opportunities’ upcoming Bowl-A-Fun, “Patty McGold”, recently enjoyed a tour of Oswego County courtesy of OCO’s Oswego County Public Transit.

Linda Coleman, a bus driver with Oswego City School District, came to the Public Computing Center at Oswego Public Library on Feb. 24, hoping to learn a skill she needs to advance in her job.
