Catholic Charities To Host Family Fall Festival

Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s will host its first ever Family Fall Festival on Oct. 22. The admission free event will be held at Catholic Charities’ CYO Center, 365 W. First St. Displaying one of the prize packages that will be awarded during the event are planning committee members Stacie Roberts, Pam Peeling-Somers, Helen Hoefer, Executive Director, Mary-Margaret Pezzella-Pekow, and Meghan Rey. Tickets for the drawing are available at Catholic Charities’ office and at the festival.

Children of all ages may participate in a variety of fall themed games and activities including: pumpkin bowling, pumpkin ring toss, a bounce house, and plenty of arts & crafts projects.  Refreshments such as apple cider, donuts and popcorn will also be available.

CYO After School Program Available For Area Youth

Fulton CYO assistant, Justin Sheppard (right) offers some geography advice to CYO participant, Chris Holbrook. As part of the CYO After School Program, students have access to tutors that are able to help them with their studies.

Area youth looking for help with their studies are welcome to participate in the After School Program at the Fulton CYO.  The After School program provides students with computer access and tutoring assistance to help them with their studies.
