Sunday was a different sort of Harborfest for many who attended the day’s events. Fewer visitors, appeared to fill the venues, but most definitely a family feeling with familiar faces everyone. Many folks connected with people they hadn’t seen in town since last year’s event! A summer kids’ event called PandaMania will be hosted at God’s Vision Christian Church from Aug. 22 to 26. Kids explore a bamboo forest filled with crazy pandas, as they discover that God loves us.

Catholic Charities of Oswego County is helping families throughout Oswego County make their food dollars stretch a little further through their participation in the Food Sense Program.
The Lakeside Artisans will continue its “Thursday Artists” interactive arts activities program through the month of August. These activities will take place during the Oswego Farmers’ Market, from 5 – 7 p.m., at the artists’ co-op and gallery in Canal Commons.
