In preparation for Harborfest 2011, The Oswego Police Department wishes to announce the following advisories regarding traffic, pedestrian and general information specific to the Harborfest celebration scheduled for July 28 – 31.
Adam Stockwell, most recently the head men’s basketball coach at SUNY Oswego, has been selected to fill the same position at Hamilton College.

Millard “Beck” Beckwith Jr., 85 of Fulton passed away on Monday after a short illness.
Raymond S. Handville, 52, of Fulton, died Tuesday.
Robert Webster, 68, of Fair Haven, died Wednesday at University Hospital in Syracuse.
Ambassador Girl Scout Courtney Gazda invites you to take part in making “Bottles of Hope.” She is doing the project for her Girl Scout Gold Award. It will take place July 26 from 1-4 p.m., at the Oswego City Library, 120 E. Second St.
