The Oswego County Department of Social Services sponsors an orientation meeting every month for people interested in becoming foster or adoptive parents. The next meeting will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, at Liberty Resources, 1850 Co. Rte. 57, Fulton.
