Fulton City Budget Holds The Line on Taxes But Cuts Jobs
Fulton has a budget for 2011. It does not raise taxes, but cuts jobs. It spends more for worker retirements, takes in less in state aid and cuts every department’s budget a little bit more. Mayor Ron Woodward used the words “pain and sacrifice” to describe the budget.
