John T. Ryan, 85, a resident of 86 Mohawk St., Oswego passed away Wednesday morning Nov. 10, 2010, at his home.
Valencia, C. Carvey, 52, a resident of 30 E. Utica St., passed away on Monday Nov. 8, 2010, at Oswego Hospital.
The state has suspended the license of an Oswego physician.
Dr. David Granoff, an ear, nose and throat specialist, has agreed to an indefinite suspension.
The state is shutting down its central registry of dogs at the end of this year, one of many changes brought on by budget cuts.
The registry is going away, but the need to register dogs has not gone away.
