Justine E. Sipser, 80
Justine E. Sipser, 80, of Oswego, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 17th, at St. Luke Health Services, Oswego.
The jobless rate fell from 10.2% in June to 9.5% in July.
The rate remains very high — the third highest in the state outside of New York City.
High school principal Brian Schmitt said the high school hit state benchmarks in the English language arts test and improved overall.

Several Frederick Leighton Elementary School students weren’t upset with staying after school. When the new school year commences, the students at the west side Oswego elementary school will once again have the opportunity to stay after school to do their homework. However, the students aren’t fending for themselves.
