On Thursday, investigators with the Oswego County Drug Task Force, with the assistance of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police, executed a narcotics related search warrant at 13 Cemetery St. in Albion. As a result, materials used to manufacture methamphetamine as well as a small amount of methamphetamine were located and seized, according to police.

The arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred on September 13. He allegedly stole a car in Oswego, robbed a store in Volney and led police on a chase that ended when he reportedly stuck another vehicle and then crashed into a house causing the vehicle and home to catch fire.

Mayor Billy Barlow announced today (October 11) the winning projects selected for the city of Oswego Downtown Improvement Fund, part of Oswego’s $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative grant secured in 2016. The $545,000 Downtown Improvement Fund project combines individual renovation projects carried out by existing, small business owners in downtown Oswego.
