The Fulton Universal Pre-Kindergarten program continues to grow and boast success as program and school officials prepare to head into the 2016-2017 school year. Starting in 1999, Fulton UPK enrolled only 78 students in its first year. In most recent years, the enrollment number remains steadily between 150 and 160 students in the UPK program.

Fulton Will Consider Alternatives for Garbage After County Fee Increase

Tipping fees at the Oswego County transfer stations and landfill have seen another increase after the County Legislature addressed the fees at last month’s meeting (July 14.) The Jazz Fest first came to Fulton as a chamber event eight years ago after a request was made to bring the smooth, rhythmic music to the Fulton community for one weekend each summer.
